DOT Compliance

Once your MC/DOT are active to start operations whether you have one commercial vehicle or an entire fleet, DOT compliance should be a top priority.  This can be a very time-consuming department, but we are here to help. DOT Compliance is not required for all commercial vehicles. Only commercial vehicles that must be registered with the Department of Transportation and bear a USDOT number are required to comply with DOT compliance.  DOT compliance covers the following areas driver compliance and fleet compliance.  DOT complaints should be reviewed on regular basis to ensure you are meeting or exceeding the minimum requirements.  Be aware that the department of transportation conducts compliance audits to ensure each company is meeting all requirements.   Not meeting the minimum requirements can result in costly fines, more prompt to accidents, or even the closing of your business.
